Breezy, a large player in Eastern Europe’s sustainable electronics market and part of distributor ASBIS, has signed a partnership with Poland’s leading electronics retailer, RTV EURO AGD. This cooperation marks a new phase in Breezy’s European expansion, particularly with its trade-In service, that is growing rapidly.

Andrii Kosar, CEO of Breezy, emphasized the importance of the partnership: "The cooperation with RTV EURO AGD is an important step in our European market expansion. We see great potential for Trade-In development in this region." Breezy has already implemented this service in Ukraine, Kazakhstan, and Georgia, where it became, according to Breezy, the leader in the sector. The company aims to replicate this success further across Eastern Europe and the Central and Eastern European (CEE) region.

Operating since 1990, RTV EURO AGD has been at the forefront of introducing innovative technologies in Poland. With over 330 physical stores, a strong online presence, and various shopping services, including 0% APR installment plans, the company offers a wide range of technologically advanced products. Known for its omnichannel approach and customer-tailored services, RTV EURO AGD is a natural fit for Breezy’s Trade-In initiative.
Enhancing Trade-In convenience
Breezy’s commitment to improving the Trade-In experience for customers and retail partners is evident in the innovative tools it provides. Andrzej Krzysztofowicz, Commercial Leader of Breezy Poland, highlighted the user-friendly features: “We’ve introduced innovations such as a mobile app for device evaluation and AI-based tools to assess device conditions. These enhancements make the Trade-In process faster and easier for both customers and sellers.”

The Trade-In service allows customers to trade in their old phones, from brands like Apple, Samsung, and Xiaomi, and use their value to purchase new tech at RTV EURO AGD stores. Breezy’s automated system evaluates the phone’s condition using over 55 indicators, completing the process within just three minutes. Customers receive a gift certificate for the assessed value of their phone, which they can then use toward any in-store purchase, with the option to pay the difference for higher-priced items.
