Dis-Connect serves a diverse customer base, including Germany's fourth-largest operator, Freenet. The company manages both in-store and online trade-in schemes for these clients. But also, Europe largest electronic retailer, MediaMarkt/Saturn, and successful German leasing company Grover are customers.

Recently, Dis-Connect entered a strategic partnership with FutureDial, a leader in automated processing and grading of used devices, such as smartphones and tablets. This collaboration allows Dis-Connect to provide a consistent and unbiased functional testing environment using advanced machines and AI-powered systems. The partnership enhances Dis-Connect's capabilities in delivering automated and customer-centric device grading, ensuring 100% accuracy in meeting specific grading and processing requirements, which drives increased profitability.

One of the key reasons for Dis-Connect’s collaboration with FutureDial is the flexibility of FutureDial’s open software, which allows Dis-Connect to integrate its own developments, such as custom dashboards. This customization, a kind of middleware, is particularly valuable for leasing companies like Grover, where minimizing risk and managing residual value are critical for profitability.
