The initiative aims to position Worten as the leading sustainable option in Portugal’s tech sector, targeting consumers increasingly conscious of circular economy principles. Flippers is accessible through Worten’s website, mobile app, and physical stores across the country.
Certified refurbished with 3-year warranty
Flippers offers refurbished smartphones, including Apple iPhones, as well as smartwatches, laptops, tablets, and gaming consoles. All items are 100% certified and come with a three-year warranty—matching new product guarantees. According to Worten, customers can benefit from price reductions of up to 70%, providing an affordable alternative to new tech without compromising on quality.
Young generations are key audience
Flippers is especially designed to appeal to younger consumers, who are often more attuned to environmental concerns and the concept of reuse. “Flippers is Worten’s answer to a clear need: high-quality refurbished tech at accessible prices,” said Andreia Vaz, Head of Brand & CX at Worten. She added that the brand represents “the flip side” of electronics products that deserve a second life.
Launch campaign goes digital-first
The Flippers launch is supported by a primarily digital marketing strategy. Worten is focusing on platforms like TikTok and YouTube, with influencer collaborations and user-generated content playing key roles. The campaign is further bolstered by radio ads, in-store promotions, and communications through Worten’s owned channels.
