Simpatico Network joins EUREFAS

Simpatico Network, a refurbished electronics company founded in Milan in 2000, has officially joined EUREFAS, the European Refurbish Association. Created by Recommerce Group, EUREFAS brings together companies that are committed to raising the standards of refurbishment across the continent. The membership of Simpatico Network marks another step in EUREFAS’s mission to expand its impact within the European circular economy.

A boost for the right to repair

The partnership underscores a shared objective to promote product repairability and ensure both consumers and independent repairers can access the tools and components needed to extend device life. Simpatico Network’s experience in sourcing and selling refurbished Apple iPhone models, laptops, tablets and other electronics fits into EUREFAS’s broader effort to prioritise reuse over recycling and support the development of efficient collection systems.

Over two decades of refurbishment expertise

Based in Buccinasco near Milan, Simpatico Network operates an online platform called SimpaticoTech and serves customers in over 50 countries. The company employs around 30 people and has reported a consistent annual turnover of an estimated € 9 million. It offers a range of refurbished and new electronics, with a strong emphasis on certified quality and sustainability.

Commitment to circular standards

As a member of EUREFAS, Simpatico Network reinforces its alignment with circular economy goals. The company is already active in local sustainability efforts and collaborates with institutions such as the University of Milan to offer students affordable refurbished devices. Joining EUREFAS now gives it a greater platform to engage in policy dialogue and industry-wide improvements.

Positioning in a growing market

Simpatico Network brands itself as Italy’s leader in certified refurbished technology. With growing public interest in environmentally responsible tech and the rising demand for affordable devices, its positioning reflects broader market dynamics. The company’s offerings include Apple iPhone devices, workstations and servers, meeting the needs of both individual consumers and professional users.
