European repair chain Save unveils a refreshed shop in Palma de Mallorca

Save, probably Europe’s largest chain in mobile device repair and refurbishment, has introduced a new look for its store in Palma de Mallorca in Spain. Located in FAN Mallorca Shopping Center next to Carrefour, the updated store reflects the company’s focus on sustainability, the circular economy, and environmental responsibility.

A new identity aligned with sustainability

The newly renovated store features a redesigned logo, name, and corporate colors, marking a step forward in Save’s brand evolution. The fresh design aims to align with the company’s commitment to reducing environmental impact while encouraging customers to support circular economic practices.

The reopening day attracted many customers seeking repairs, reinforcing Save’s reputation as a reliable provider of device repair and refurbishment services in Europe.

Strengthening presence in the Balearic Islands

The Palma de Mallorca store’s rebranding is part of a broader strategy to unify Save’s identity. Already present on the island with locations such as El Corte Inglés Avenidas, where it serves as an official repair provider, Save aims to strengthen its position in the region as a trusted name in mobile device repair and refurbishment.  This unification strategy supports Save’s growth as a leader in the repair and refurbishment market for smartphones, tablets, gaming consoles, and other mobile devices.

Focus on customer experience

"This change is more than just a visual update," said Rodrigo Balassi, CEO of Save Iberia. "Our aim is to enhance the customer experience and encourage participation in the circular economy. The strong turnout on the reopening day shows we are moving in the right direction."  Balassi’s remarks highlight the company’s customer-centric approach, as well as its dedication to environmental goals.

Partnerships with major technology brands

Save’s collaboration with brands like Apple, Samsung, Oppo, and Huawei ensures repairs are performed using high-quality, original components. These partnerships also facilitate the availability of refurbished devices in Save outlets, offering customers sustainable alternatives to purchasing new devices.

New product offerings

Save has also introduced its own range of mobile accessories across Europe, featuring a lifetime warranty. The new product line, now available in the revamped FAN Mallorca store, emphasizes the company’s commitment to combining durability with sustainability.

Established expertise in repair and refurbishment

Founded in France in 2009, Save has grown to over 200 locations across France, Poland, and Spain. Operating in the Spanish market since 2016, the company currently manages 40 stores in the country.

Save’s mission to extend the life of electronic devices aligns with its commitment to making a positive ecological impact. In 2023, the company reported € 53 million in revenue, with € 14 million generated in Spain.

A step forward for Save

The rebranding of the Palma de Mallorca store underscores Save’s ongoing efforts to modernize its operations while promoting sustainability. By blending customer service, innovative products, and eco-conscious practices, the company continues to strengthen its position in the device repair and refurbishment sector.  With its focus on quality, partnerships, and sustainability, Save is contributing to a circular economy and supporting broader environmental goals.
