Repair chain Save expands in FNAC despite in-house rival WeFix

Save Group, a leading repair and refurbishment company, continues to expand its in-store presence within some FNAC franchise locations owned by the NSM Finances group. These dedicated Save corners now operate in cities including Beaune, Bourg-en-Bresse, Roanne, Isle d’Abeau, and Vichy, with additional white-label operations in Chalon-sur-Saône. This collaboration is particularly notable because FNAC owns WeFix, a competing repair brand. Every Save corner, shop-in-sop, operating within these FNAC stores is certified with the QualiRépar label for smartphones, ensuring high standards in repair quality, compliance, and consumer protection. This label is a key trust indicator in the French repair market.

Save wins customer service award

Save Group was recently named Best Retail Chain for Customer Service 2025 by Capital magazine. The recognition supports Save’s position as a trusted service provider in both B2C and B2B segments. Save promotes a circular model where nothing goes to waste. The company offers smartphone repairs, device buyback programs, including for corporate fleets, and refurbishment. Consumers, insurers, and institutions such as the Isère department, Montceau-les-Mines municipality, and Autodistribution Dufour already rely on Save’s services.

A strategic move

The partnership between Save and these FNAC franchisees highlights a strategic expansion for Save within a network of 100 FNAC franchises, even though FNAC is the owner of repair chain WeFix since 2018, which operates over 130 repair outlets in France.
