FixersHome launches on-site Samsung-authorised mobile repair in Amsterdam

FixersHome has officially launched its Samsung-authorised mobile repair service in the Netherlands. Starting 21 July, customers in the Amsterdam region can now book a certified Samsung technician for on-site repair, using only original Samsung parts. The move is expected to significantly improve access to fast and reliable support for Galaxy smartphone users.

Repairs at your doorstep in an hour

The new service offers a unique value proposition: Samsung Galaxy smartphones can now be repaired directly at the customer’s location. Whether at home, at work or even on the go, a certified technician will arrive in a fully electric FixersBuzz vehicle and perform the repair within 60 minutes. This model mirrors similar services launched by Samsung and Likewize in the UK and Germany, where mobile repair vans have become increasingly popular.

Original parts and certified engineers

FixersHome’s offering includes repairs for the full range of Galaxy S, A, Flip and Fold devices, covering screen replacements, back glass, charging ports and batteries. All repairs are done using 100% original Samsung parts by trained and certified engineers. Both in-warranty and out-of-warranty repairs are covered under this service. Customers benefit from full transparency and a warranty on replaced components.

Focus remains on speed and convenience

With this launch, FixersHome aims to reduce waiting times and provide a more convenient alternative to traditional repair shops. The ability to have a device repaired within an hour, on location, removes friction from the customer experience. At this stage, the service is only available in and around Amsterdam, but expansion to other regions may follow depending on demand.

Part of a wider European trend

Samsung has been working with repair partners like Likewize to roll out similar mobile repair models across Europe. In Germany alone, the “We Come To You” concept now serves 29 cities, demonstrating the viability of this approach. For the Dutch market, FixersHome’s new service positions itself as a fast, authorised and environmentally conscious repair solution with the use of electric vehicles.
