Estonian startup Ringy builds team for next growth phase

Estonian startup Ringy, founded with the mission to give used electronics a second life, continues its rapid development in the circular tech industry. In the end of 2024, the company significantly strengthened its team by hiring Aadi Jurmann as Head of Sales. Aadi Jurmann previously worked at Foxway, a leading player in the European refurbished electronics market. His experience is expected to help scale Ringy’s B2B partnerships and sales infrastructure across Europe.

Hiring to support sourcing ambitions

To support its growing operations and further professionalize its procurement, Ringy is currently hiring a Sourcing Specialist. The role, based in Tartu, Tallinn or available remotely, is hands-on and central to Ringy’s success. The selected candidate will analyse pricing trends, evaluate deals, and manage supplier relationships to ensure a steady supply of high-quality used electronics for refurbishment and resale.

Building a platform for reuse

Ringy started in Estonia in 2020 with a clear goal: to reuse or recycle the 800 million idle devices across Europe. After completing Startup Wise Guys’ first sustainability accelerator in 2021 and raising both pre-seed and seed funding rounds, Ringy reached € 6.6 million in revenue by 2024. The company’s mission is to connect supply and demand through smart IT solutions enabling device circularity without owning a factory. With its growing ecosystem of software tools and partnerships, Ringy aims to become a leading force in Europe’s circular electronics market.
