For the first time, the Reseller Park was hosted in IFA Berlin’s new Hub 27, featuring its own entrance and direct access from Jaffé Street near the South Entrance. The venue proved to be an ideal setting for trade visitors, positioned outside the classic IFA visitor route. Exhibitors appreciated the professional atmosphere, as the hall remained largely free from end consumers, allowing for focused B2B exchanges. Over the course of five days, an estimated 12,000 to 15,000 specialists attended, with around 65% coming from international markets. For SecondaryMarket.news, Hall 27 became the central hub of activity: we spent 95% of our time there, enjoying valuable networking opportunities with both familiar and new industry players.
Europe’s largest distributor marketplace
With around 200 exhibitors, the Reseller Park has grown into Europe’s largest marketplace for consumer tech distributors. Chinese exhibitor presence decreased to 37%, while international distributors expanded to 63% and occupied roughly 70% of floor space. The Reseller Park now rivals the size of the well-known former B2B Planet Reseller at CeBIT, which closed in 2018. According to organizer Jan Nintemann of Global Fairs, the focus will remain firmly on distributors and B2B partnerships.
Wide range of consumer tech
The Reseller Park covered all IFA product categories, including mobile, CE, IT, smart home, audio, appliances, and accessories. Refurbishing and circular economy providers were strongly represented, making it the largest gathering point for Europe’s refurbishing sector. New in 2025 were Masterclass Conferences on cybersecurity, AI, smart home standards, sustainability, and refurbishing, offering attendees deep insights into industry trends.

Strong demand for next edition
Interest in the 2026 edition is already high, according to the organisers, with over 70 companies securing Early Bird slots before the end of September. Global Fairs expects demand to exceed the available space in Hub 27. Expansion into a second hall is not planned, keeping the event compact and business-focused. Jan Nintemann highlights that the hall size strikes the right balance between visibility and efficiency, cementing the Reseller Park’s status as a premier European distribution marketplace.
Long-term planning and industry security
Global Fairs has secured Hub 27 for IFA 2026, while Messe Berlin and IFA Management GmbH extended the hall’s usage until 2034. Jan Nintemann stressed the importance of planning personal meetings in turbulent times. According to him, no other European trade fair provides such concentrated access to relevant B2B contacts.

GreenTech gains visibility
Sustainability was a key theme. IFA emphasized its carbon-zero transition, while exhibitors showcased energy-saving, recyclable, and refurbishing solutions. Nintemann underlined the challenge of distinguishing genuine innovation from greenwashing and stressed the need for transparency. He also pointed to a wider gap: strong GreenTech exists across industries, but mainstream adoption lags. To bridge this, Jan Nintemann has launched TransformIT Europe in Brussels, a dedicated GreenTech trade fair to be held from 5 - 8 May 2026.
