Renewtech has acquired Harrogate-based Intelligent Servers, bringing the UK refurbished IT specialist into its Denmark-headquartered group. The acquisition is designed to expand Renewtech’s European footprint, increase stock breadth and accelerate delivery for EU customers by enabling shipments from a Denmark warehouse that avoid import VAT and customs delays.

Intelligent Servers was founded by Andy Hughes and has built a reputation supplying refurbished servers, storage, networking and components across Europe.
