The Swedish operator is placing a greater emphasis oncircularity in their offerings and has entrusted Renewed AB to manage asignificant portion of the customer journey for all used and refurbished phonessold by Telenor. In practical terms, this means that when a customer orders aused or refurbished phone from Telenor, Renewed AB will be fully responsiblefor everything from inventory management to refurbishment, ensuring that thecustomer ultimately receives the used device.
