Reboxed, a UK-based sustainable tech company focused on rehoming 100 million devices, has announced a strategic partnership with Mobio Distribution Ltd. The deal is aimed at accelerating Reboxed’s logistics and aftersales services while deepening its impact in the circular economy. Mobio, a specialist in high-quality replacement parts and refurbishment solutions, will now serve as Reboxed’s third-party logistics provider across the UK and mainland Europe. Earlier Reboxed announced a sourcing deal with MTR and with Assurant in the UK.
Mobio to provide full 3PL support
Mobio Distribution will handle warehousing, inventory, pick and pack, and next-day delivery for Reboxed. In parallel, Mobio’s certified repair operation will take over warranty-related refurbishment, using in-house expertise in (re)glassing and parts replacement. Mobio was founded in 2019 by Josh Harrison and has since become a more than relevant player in UK’s repair market.
Faster service and lower emissions
For Reboxed, the partnership brings multiple benefits. Customers can expect faster shipping, more consistent turnaround for repairs, and an integrated aftersales experience. At the same time, the collaboration supports Reboxed’s sustainability goals by embedding reuse, refurbishment and lifetime extension into each customer interaction. All repairs will use high-quality parts, many of which are supplied or produced by Mobio itself.
Shared commitment to sustainability
Reboxed CEO Phil Kemish said the deal helps scale operations without compromising quality or environmental principles. “Teaming up with Mobio means we can step up our game,” he said. “They get what we’re about.” The partnership is another step toward reducing e-waste and increasing trust in the refurbished tech market.
