Specifically, 51% of OPPO users expressed high satisfaction with repair costs, while 56% praised the staff's knowledge. The brand also boasts strong multilingual communication capabilities, with 48% of customers interacting in languages beyond English and Hindi, reflecting its commitment to catering to diverse consumer needs.
Quick issue resolution
In terms of resolving issues promptly, OPPO India leads the pack. The survey reveals that 35% of OPPO customers had their problems fixed within an hour, slightly ahead of Samsung, which reported a 34% resolution rate within the same timeframe. This quick service significantly contributes to overall customer satisfaction.
Transparency and trust

With 92% of respondents preferring repairs to be conducted in their presence, OPPO India addresses this demand effectively.
