NSYS diagnostics introduces browser testing

NSYS Group has recently launched an innovative feature called Browser Testing, designed to revolutionize the way smartphones are evaluated. This new functionality allows users to test their devices directly through a web browser, removing the need for app downloads or additional cables. By simplifying the testing process, NSYS aims to make diagnostics more accessible and efficient for users and businesses alike.

Browser Testing is equipped with over 60 different tests, capable of detecting more than 100 potential hardware issues. One of its key advantages is auto-activation, which eliminates the requirement for manual setup on iOS and Android devices. The system provides a comprehensive functional check, covering various aspects such as detecting non-original parts, verifying IMEI status to identify lost or blocked devices, checking for outstanding balances, and detecting MDM (Mobile Device Management) restrictions.

NSYS showcased this their processing software at MWC and gsmX in Barcelona. Attendees witnessed live demonstrations of Browser Testing in action, along with NSYS's cutting-edge automated processing and grading robot, Reeva. The ability to automate and streamline diagnostics significantly enhances efficiency in the secondary mobile market.

Apple Watch testing now available

Expanding beyond smartphones and tablets, NSYS Diagnostics has also introduced Apple Watch testing. This feature enables a full functional assessment of Apple Watches, ensuring that key components such as the screen, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, sensors, and battery are operating correctly. The entire testing process is completed in under two minutes and requires only a simple pairing with an Apple iPhone. This rapid and efficient evaluation helps businesses assess wearable devices quickly and accurately.

How businesses benefit from browser testing

For businesses operating in the secondary mobile market, Browser Testing offers significant advantages. One of the biggest benefits is that customers can independently assess their devices, reducing the reliance on in-store technicians and thereby lowering labor costs. This self-service approach also enhances customer trust, as users receive immediate and transparent test results.

The simplicity of Browser Testing further enables businesses to scale operations more efficiently. Customers can initiate diagnostics by scanning a QR code displayed in a physical store or on a website. The tests run automatically, and the results are transmitted in the chosen format, streamlining the entire evaluation process. This seamless integration not only speeds up transactions but also ensures greater accuracy in device grading.

NSYS ecosystem integration and AI grading

NSYS Browser Testing integrates smoothly with the NSYS ecosystem, including NSYS Inventory and NSYS Autograding. The AI-powered Autograding 2.0 system further enhances accuracy by evaluating multiple images of a device. By leveraging artificial intelligence, NSYS solutions reduce human errors by up to 96%, significantly improving the reliability of diagnostic results. This level of automation ensures that businesses receive consistent and trustworthy device assessments, optimizing quality control processes.

Reeva: fully automated device testing

For businesses looking to take automation to the next level, NSYS offers Reeva, a fully automated testing solution. Reeva performs over 100 diagnostic tests at speeds 1.5 to 2 times faster than manual processes. By automating device testing, businesses can achieve maximum efficiency in quality control while minimizing operational costs. This advanced solution is particularly beneficial for high-volume processing, ensuring rapid and accurate device evaluations.

As the secondary mobile market continues to grow, NSYS Group remains at the forefront of innovation, providing powerful tools that streamline diagnostics, improve accuracy, and enhance business efficiency. With the introduction of Browser Testing, Apple Watch support, and AI-powered grading, NSYS is shaping the future of device evaluation and automation.
