NSYS partners with ARGO360 to scale sustainable device processing

The partnership between NSYS and ARGO360 highlights how technology and social responsibility can drive the circular electronics market forward. ARGO360, a Dutch company, extends device lifecycles while creating meaningful employment opportunities for people with disabilities. Its workflows are designed so every specialist can contribute confidently and productively, showing how inclusivity and efficiency can coexist. NSYS supports this mission with advanced diagnostics, robotics, and automated workflows that streamline complex tasks, reduce repetitive work, and enhance workplace safety and comfort. This technology enables ARGO360 to scale its social initiatives while maintaining operational efficiency.

At Retech Days Europe 2025 in Berlin, NSYS CEO Gregory Glazman met with ARGO360’s Mimoun Batou and Maurice Raphael Klein, reaffirming a partnership grounded in innovation, sustainability, and social impact. Together, NSYS and ARGO360 demonstrate that technology achieves its greatest value when it serves people, creating a more inclusive, sustainable, and efficient device refurbishment industry.

We asked NSYS’s founder and CEO Gregory Glazman, to tell us a bit more about this special cooperation.

SecondaryMarket.news: Could you elaborate on the recently announced partnership with Dutch-based ARGO360, particularly clarifying if this collaboration includes the use of NSYS's automated grading systems, in addition to your software?

Gregory Glazman: Our recently announced partnership with the Netherlands-based ARGO360 is designed to combine ARGO360’s operational excellence in circular-economy logistics with NSYS Group’s end-to-end technology ecosystem for mobile device processing.

To clarify: the collaboration does include the use of NSYS’s automated grading systems in addition to our software suite. ARGO360 is integrating our automated cosmetic grading and functional testing technologies to ensure objective, high-speed, and scalable device assessment.

SecondaryMarket.news: Beyond standard software, is ARGO360 deploying NSYS’s advanced, robotized equipment (Reeva) for the actual processing and grading of items, and what is the scope of this technological integration?

Gregory Glazman: Yes. Beyond our standard software, ARGO360 is deploying NSYS’s robotic solution, Reeva, as part of its operational workflow. This includes automated cosmetic grading systems designed for high precision visual assessment, as well as robotic device handling and testing modules that support large scale throughput. The deployment is supported by end-to-end workflow orchestration powered by our software, ensuring consistent data, full traceability, and reliable quality assurance.

SecondaryMarket.news: When you state that NSYS and ARGO360 are "driving social impact together," what are the specific initiatives, measurable goals, and outcomes you are aiming for with this joint venture?

Gregory Glazman: When we state that NSYS and ARGO360 are driving social impact together, we refer to a set of joint commitments aimed at making the circular electronics industry more sustainable, transparent, and socially responsible.

Our shared goals include extending the lifecycle of mobile devices worldwide to reduce e-waste and lower the overall carbon footprint of the electronics sector. We also work to establish verifiable transparency standards in device grading and refurbishment, ensuring accuracy and trust throughout the process. Another priority is supporting the development of green tech jobs within Europe and beyond, particularly in refurbishment and testing operations. In addition, we promote responsible device recovery programs that encourage both consumers and enterprises to return and reuse devices rather than discard them.

Together, we aim to demonstrate that high tech automation and sustainability principles can function effectively within a scalable commercial model.

SecondaryMarket.news: What were the most significant milestones, successful product launches, or market expansion achievements that NSYS experienced throughout the calendar year 2025, suitable for sharing with our audience?

Gregory Glazman: Throughout 2025, NSYS Group reached several important milestones worth highlighting. Our company expanded into new markets, including strategic growth across the Middle East and East Asia. It also introduced major product upgrades, such as a new widget, a leading tool for unactivated Android devices, and a warehouse mode in Reeva designed to support high volume testing environments. NSYS strengthened partnerships with global buyback operators, refurbishers, and distributors, reinforcing its role as the technological backbone of their circular economy infrastructure. In addition, the company recorded significant growth in enterprise deployments, supporting both large scale warehouse operations and integrated retail solutions.

These achievements collectively reinforced NSYS Group’s position as one of the leading providers of automated, data driven solutions for the secondary electronics market.

SecondaryMarket.news: What new technologies, major product developments, key market strategies, or strategic partnerships can the industry expect from NSYS as the company looks ahead to the year 2026?

Gregory Glazman: As we look ahead to 2026, NSYS Group is preparing several major initiatives that will shape the industry. The company is advancing its cloud native platform modernization, enabling even greater scalability for enterprise clients and supporting more complex operational environments. NSYS is also planning further global expansion, with particular focus on the United States and Asia as key regions for market growth. In addition, the company is developing strategic partnerships with leading refurbishers, carriers, and trade in ecosystem participants to strengthen unified data standards and facilitate efficient cross border device flows.

In 2026, NSYS will continue to invest heavily in R&D, automation, and AI, reinforcing its mission to set new standards for transparency, efficiency, and sustainability throughout the global circular electronics market.
