Renewd and NorthLadder move to ‘Tree House’: a new era together

Renewd, a well-known reseller of certified pre-owned devices, is embarking on a new chapter with its relocation to the “Tree House” in Utrecht. This new office reflects Renewd’s and its parent company NorthLadder’s, a company that specializes in trade-in solutions globally, shared commitment to sustainability and environmental responsibility.

This move comes a few months after NorthLadder’s acquisition of Renewd. The acquisition is important in NorthLadder’s mission to integrate circular solutions into trade-in practices for telecom operators, retailers, and consumers. By combining forces with Renewd, NorthLadder aims to offer a seamless experience for both B2C and B2B customers in Europe.

Supporting European partners and customers

The combined expertise of NorthLadder and Renewd is expected to benefit European partners by driving sales of both new and pre-owned devices. Joost Wijermars, Managing Director Europe at NorthLadder, shared his excitement: “With the Tree House and the acquisition of Renewd, we’re creating a comprehensive solution that enhances customer experience and supports sustainability goals.” Sandeep Shetty, CEO of NorthLadder, emphasized, “This marks a new chapter in building strong, closed-loop solutions for Europe’s circular economy.”
