MobileSentrix accelerates Europe expansion with French acquisition

Only days after announcing the acquisition of Dutch distributor TouchFix.shop, American spare parts giant MobileSentrix has confirmed its next move in Europe. The company has acquired France Mobile Parts (FMP), a Toulouse-based distributor founded in 2019. The deal marks MobileSentrix’s second major acquisition in less than 30 days and underlines its intention to establish a dominant role in the European repair parts market.

France Mobile Parts built strong foundations

Operating under the official name FRANCE MOBILE PARTS, FMP is headquartered in Tournefeuille, a suburb of Toulouse. Since its foundation, the company has positioned itself as a crucial supplier of spare parts for mobile phones and electronic devices. Led by founder Mirkaz Seraly-Ball, FMP has grown into a trusted partner for repair professionals across France. The company’s reputation is based on consistency, reliability, and its understanding of the unique needs of the French repair sector. Its strong customer base and local expertise made it an attractive acquisition target for MobileSentrix.

Integration into MobileSentrix Europe

As part of the acquisition, FMP’s French-speaking sales team will now join MobileSentrix Europe. This step provides French repair professionals with a stronger local presence, improved communication, and direct access to the company’s global supply chain. Products ordered through MobileSentrix will be shipped from the new European warehouse in Eindhoven in the Netherlands. With the integration of FMP, MobileSentrix is expanding both its reach and its customer service capabilities, tailoring them to the specific requirements of the French market.

Strengthening credibility and customer trust

The incorporation of FMP into MobileSentrix’s growing European network is expected to strengthen the U.S. company’s credibility in France. Repair shops will now benefit from services that include lifetime warranties, late order cut-offs, and next-day delivery. For many repair professionals, these services address long-standing challenges around sourcing reliable components. Particularly important is the ability to source both genuine Apple iPhone parts and high-quality compatible components through one consolidated platform, supported by transparent shipping terms and competitive prices.

MobileSentrix’s global journey

Founded from humble beginnings in a basement, MobileSentrix has grown into the largest distributor of mobile phone parts in North America. In its early years, repair shops often had to rely on inconsistent overseas suppliers, facing poor quality and unreliable service. MobileSentrix differentiated itself by sourcing directly from factories, building trust with repair shop owners, and introducing higher quality standards.

Over time, the company expanded globally, opening facilities in Asia, acquiring Mobile Defenders, and forming strategic partnerships with original equipment manufacturers such as Apple, Motorola, Google, and OnePlus. By 2024, MobileSentrix had scaled to over 70,000 SKUs, served 163 countries, and employed more than 500 staff worldwide. Its programs include lifetime warranties and buyback services for broken screens, initiatives that have raised expectations for the entire repair industry.

Exclusive interview with SecondaryMarket.news

Speaking

to SecondaryMarket.news earlier, MobileSentrix president Jordan Notenbaum explained the rationale behind the rapid European expansion. “For years, European repair shops faced long shipping times, inconsistent quality, and unnecessary costs,” he said. “By establishing hubs in the Netherlands and the UK, and now by adding France Mobile Parts, we bring speed, reliability, and OEM-backed quality directly to our European customers.”

Notenbaum emphasized that the European strategy is not only about logistics but also about building long-term trust. He explained that late order cut-offs until 19:30h, free shipping, and next-day delivery are designed to give repair shops the flexibility they need in a competitive market. The goal is to replicate the success of MobileSentrix in the U.S. by offering European repair shops a partner they can rely on for both quality and service.

Building a European hub

The company’s new distribution hub in Eindhoven and sales office in Rotterdam form the backbone of MobileSentrix Europe. This infrastructure enables fast delivery across the region, supported by native-language customer service and localized solutions. By leveraging FMP’s knowledge of the French market, MobileSentrix aims to strengthen its relationship with local repair professionals and expand its footprint further into Southern Europe.

Outlook for the European market

With two acquisitions in under a month, MobileSentrix has signalled its commitment to rapid growth in Europe. The integration of France Mobile Parts represents a decisive step in creating a network that combines global scale with local expertise. Repair professionals in France and beyond are expected to see immediate benefits in availability, pricing, and service.

For MobileSentrix, the next phase of expansion will focus on leveraging local market knowledge, strengthening partnerships, and positioning itself as the leading distributor of mobile phone parts across Europe. The acquisition of FMP confirms the company’s intention to become not only the largest but also the most trusted supplier in the European secondary repair ecosystem.
