Dutch TouchFix.shop joins MobileSentrix to strengthen European expansion

MobileSentrix, founded from humble beginnings in a basement, has grown into North America’s largest mobile parts distributor. Originally, repair shops had to rely on inconsistent overseas suppliers like Alibaba, often receiving poor-quality components. MobileSentrix addressed this gap by sourcing directly from factories, building trust with shop owners, and raising quality standards across the repair industry. The company scaled quickly, opening facilities in Asia, consolidating major acquisitions like Mobile Defenders, and forming strategic partnerships with OEMs including Apple, Motorola, Google, and OnePlus.

Further growth

By 2024, MobileSentrix had expanded its catalogue to over 70,000 SKUs, serving 163 countries with a global workforce of 500+. The company introduced innovative programs such as lifetime warranties and a buyback service for broken screens, further cementing its reputation as a trusted partner for repair professionals.

Exclusive interview with SecondaryMarket.news

In an exclusive interview with SecondaryMarket.news MobileSentrix’s president Jordan Notenbaum explained why MobileSentrix is turning its focus to Europe, with new distribution hubs in Coventry (UK) and only last week in Eindhoven (Netherlands). This move addresses a major pain point for European shops: the need for next-day delivery. With local inventory, late 19:30h cutoffs, and free shipping, MobileSentrix aims to replicate its U.S. success by offering speed, reliability, and OEM-backed quality. Jordan Notenbaum emphasizes that this expansion is not just logistical but strategic, designed to build long-term trust and raise service standards across Europe.

And today MobileSentrix takes the next step with the acquisition of Dutch based TouchFix.shop. TouchFix has been active in the mobile repair industry for more than 14 years. Known for its expertise in repairs, TouchFix also developed a growing parts distribution business. Since 2013, the company has been supplying spare parts to European repair professionals, and in 2019 it launched TouchFix.shop as a dedicated parts platform. After years of growth, TouchFix.shop is now officially becoming part of MobileSentrix.

Building a European hub

For years, European repair shops relied on smaller local distributors or imports from the U.S. and China. This often led to inconsistent quality, long delivery times, and higher costs. By establishing a distribution center (Eindhoven) and sales office (Rotterdam) in the Netherlands, MobileSentrix brings its global infrastructure directly to European customers. The new hub allows next-day delivery across the region. It also provides native-language customer support and localized services designed to meet the needs of European repair shops.

Key benefits for European repair shops

MobileSentrix Europe offers services rarely available in this market. Repair professionals benefit from lifetime warranties, late order cut-offs, competitive pricing through global purchasing power, and transparent shipping conditions. Another major milestone is the ability to order both genuine Apple iPhone parts and high-quality compatible components in one place. With no payment fees and minimal shipping costs, the distributor sets a new standard for reliability and accessibility in Europe.

A personal commitment to the industry

Laurens van Rijn, founder of TouchFix and now Executive Vice President of MobileSentrix Europe, will oversee this integration. With more than 15 years of experience in the European repair sector, he underlines that this transition is not just a business move but a commitment to long-term improvement for repair shops. His role ensures that local expertise continues to guide MobileSentrix’s European operations.

Looking ahead

The integration of TouchFix.shop into MobileSentrix marks a turning point for parts distribution in Europe. Repair professionals can now count on faster delivery, higher quality standards, and direct access to OEM and compatible parts. For Laurens van Rijn, this is the start of a stronger infrastructure that will benefit repair shops across the continent.
