According to the company, this partnership marks a significant milestone for iRiparo, allowing it, alongside the Prink Group, to expand its offerings across the country. iRiparo and Prink stores in regions covered by SKY ITALIA's network will now provide not only repair services and refurbished smartphones, but also sell digital entertainment and connectivity solutions.

Enhanced customer experience and market reach

Through this collaboration, customers visiting iRiparo and Prink stores can explore entertainment and connectivity solutions that include SKY Glass, SKY Q, and SKY Wifi. This approach enhances cross-selling opportunities and attracts new market segments, reinforcing iRiparo’s strategy of diversifying its service offerings.

Future

In the meantime, iRiparo and Prink are actively developing a rescue plan to ensure the company's survival, following a court’s decision to grant them protection from creditors. By mid-December, an Italian court will determine if the submitted plan is sufficient, offering potential reassurance for the company’s future. Diversifying their product offerings could prove beneficial in stabilizing their position. SKY ITALIA’s partnership suggests a strong vote of confidence in their future.
