The Global Fairs Reseller Park team makes its presence visible at the recent ITC Malta conference, setting up next to the entrance of the event venue in the Hilton Hotel. This year, a four-person delegation travelles to Malta, including Global Fairs CEO Jan Nintemann, widely recognised in the tech-industry as the “trade show pope.” The team will be on-site to promote upcoming events and showcase the momentum behind Reseller Park at IFA Berlin.
Europe's biggest reseller party announced
Reseller Park will once again return to IFA Berlin this September, now in its 26th year. The B2B showcase for tech resellers and distributors is known for its dynamic networking atmosphere. This year’s highlight is the largest Reseller Park party ever, scheduled for Saturday, September 6th at 6 PM. The event will draw not only ICT Malta participants, but also thousands of trade visitors who have engaged with the Reseller Park over the past decades.
With an expected attendance of 15,000 B2B professionals, the event solidifies its reputation as a key date in the secondary tech market calendar.
Limited stands remaining for the IFA Reseller Park 2025
Distributors visiting the booth in Malta have the opportunity to book one of the remaining stands for IFA 2025. According to Nintemann, 80% of the space is already booked, making early booth registrations essential. The Reseller Park continues to attract global suppliers, resellers, and refurbishers looking to engage directly with Europe’s B2B tech audience.

Celebrating 25 years of collaboration
This year marks a special anniversary for Jan Nintemann and Ed Elliot-Square, Sales Director at IPT. The two have worked together for more than 25 years, fostering a strategic collaboration between ICT Malta and IFA’s Reseller Park. Over time, the events have developed into Europe’s two most influential B2B platforms for tech distribution and reselling, each playing a complementary role.
ICT Malta is known for its intimate, relationship-driven setting. Reseller Park at IFA Berlin, meanwhile, has become the continent’s largest trade hub for consumer and mobile electronics, attracting over 200 exhibitors annually.
From CeBIT to Reseller Park’s rise
The Reseller Park’s prominence grew significantly after the discontinuation of CeBIT,Planet Reseller and after the Covid 19 pandemic. As the only remaining large-scale B2B-focused tech event for consumer in Europe, it became the natural destination for players in trading and distribution. While events like Gitex Europe focus more on enterprise IT, Reseller Park speaks directly to retail channels, mobile traders, and secondary market businesses.
The product categories represented at IFA’s Reseller Park include:
- Mobile devices and accessories
- Consumer IT and electronics
- Gaming hardware and peripherals
- Smart home technology
- Household appliances
- Refurbished tech
- GreenTech solutions
Refurbishing segment sees rapid growth
One of the fastest-growing segments within Reseller Park is the secondary market. Demand for sustainable tech products is soaring, driven by consumer awareness and corporate CO2 reduction goals. Refurbished and used devices, such as Apple iPhones, have gained traction thanks to their affordability and reduced environmental impact.
To support this trend, Global Fairs will include a two-day masterclass on refurbishing, smart home technologies, and emerging AI applications like ChatGPT at the Reseller Park IFA Berlin 2025.

GreenTech initiatives move centre stage
GreenTech is another priority for Global Fairs. For the first time, Reseller Park will feature an expanded “China GreenTech” zone. While acknowledging the risk of greenwashing, Nintemann argues that showcasing current available innovations is better than ignoring environmental progress altogether.
In parallel, Global Fairs launched TransformIT Europe, a dedicated GreenTech trade fair in Brussels. The Traide Fair aims to bring together sustainable innovations from various sectors in one marketplace, creating a centralised platform to drive decarbonisation across industries.
Climate urgency drives trade show strategy
As the climate crisis intensifies, Nintemann warns that sluggish progress—partly due to political inaction—will have severe long-term consequences. He sees GreenTech not only as a moral obligation but also as a major economic opportunity for Europe.

“Europe must now take swift action with GreenTech – and recognize this as an opportunity,” says Nintemann.
TransformIT Europe and the Reseller Park are key instruments in that transformation, uniting circular economy players to scale up climate-friendly tech across the continent.
