GET-RE has expanded its footprint in the European trade-in market by introducing, with Dipli, its REbox terminals to Orange France. After successful rollouts in Switzerland with MediaMarkt and Migros earlier this year, the company is now partnering with France’s leading mobile network operator to promote a circular retail model.
Orange leads in trade-in innovation
Orange France currently operates the most successful trade-in program in continental Europe. The addition of the REbox self-service terminal, now deployed in flagship stores in Paris and Lyon, is expected to drive even greater consumer participation in device trade-ins.
Tailored ecosystem for premium experience
GET-RE worked closely with Dipli, the company behind Orange’s existing trade-in platform, to fully customise the REbox experience. This includes the development of a dedicated app called RE TEST, on-site diagnostics, and automated post-assessment reports delivered directly to users. Everything was designed to match Orange’s branding and high service standards.
Paris and Lyon pilot stores launched
The pilot project is now live in two of Orange’s most forward-thinking concept stores. These locations are known for merging next-gen retail design with sustainability efforts. Early feedback suggests that the seamless integration of the REbox terminal is already improving the customer journey and awareness around circular practices.

GET-RE’s strategic partner network grows
By joining forces with Orange and Dipli, GET-RE adds another strong collaboration to its European network. The company is now working with the continent’s largest electronics retailer (MediaMarkt), Switzerland’s biggest retailer (Migros), and the most active secondary mobile market operator in France Orange, backed up by the fastest growing trade-in enabler Dipli.
