FutureDial, a global provider of mobile device processing automation, announced the opening of new Global Solution Centers with DIS-CONNECT in Germany and Japan after receiving the 2025 Mobile Disrupt Innovation Award. The facilities replicate FutureDial’s established automation labs in Dallas and Sunnyvale and give customers direct access to SMART Receive, SMART Test, and SMART Grade automation technologies. The Solution Centers are positioned to let customers interact with software, robotics, and AI-enabled systems using their own devices and live data.
Practical demonstrations and testing
With more than 420 million devices processed and over 25 years of industry experience, FutureDial emphasises demonstration and hands-on testing. Customers will be able to run real-world tests, validate process flows and observe how automation integrates with existing WMS and ERP systems. The centres will showcase throughput and yield improvements, provide real-time reporting and live performance insights and allow clients to quantify potential ROI before committing to full-scale automation.

Customer journeys to automation
Several long-standing customers began with software-only deployments and scaled to fully automated workflows. FutureDial says those customers achieved measurable gains in speed, accuracy, and cost efficiency, transforming reverse logistics operations from manual to modernised processes. The Solution Centers are intended to accelerate those journeys by combining FutureDial’s automation stack with bespoke process design and localised support.
Collaboration with regional partners
In Germany FutureDial partners with DIS-CONNECT GmbH to staff and equip the European Solution Center. DIS-CONNECT will integrate its Service Solutions and AI Decision Matrix with FutureDial systems to tailor solutions for regional device processors and refurbishers. The Japan centre will focus on the specific needs of Japanese and wider Asian markets, incorporating local device types such as Apple iPhones and other smartphones into test processes.

Global vision and rollout timetable
FutureDial positions the new centres as innovation hubs that enable customers worldwide to discover automation opportunities. Customer engagement capabilities will roll out over the coming months with full operations targeted for early 2026. The company frames this expansion as the next phase of making automation accessible to device processors, refurbishers and logistics providers of all sizes.
