Swedish Foxway is stepping up its European ambitions with a series of leadership appointments. Effective July 1st, Carl-Fredrik Lidman will become president of the Circular Workplace Solutions business area. His background at Telia, Telenor, and in strategic consulting positions him well to drive innovation in workplace technology services. On the same date, Steinar Aune will take over as president of Recommerce Computer & Enterprise, replacing Kent Jeppesen, who will semi-retire but continue supporting Foxway on special projects.
Focus on sustainable growth and impact
The leadership changes reflect Foxway’s broader strategic shift following its majority acquisition by Nordic Capital in 2023. Under new CEO Patrick Höijer, appointed in 2024, the company has entered a new phase of development. “Our refined strategy is about more than growth; it’s about setting new standards in circularity and empowering customers to make truly sustainable decisions”, Patrick Höijer stated.
Meeting growing European demand
With demand for sustainable tech solutions increasing across Europe, Foxway aims to deliver value throughout the circular tech value chain—from procurement and repair to reuse and resale. The new leadership team will be tasked with scaling operations and ensuring high-value service delivery across markets.
A clear customer-first direction
Foxway’s strategic emphasis now lies in anticipating how customers consume technology and offering responsible alternatives. According to Patrick Höijer, the company is positioning itself not just as a provider, but as a guide for organizations seeking to align technology use with environmental responsibility.
