Reuse Technology Group has appointed Emeka Nwadike as its new CEO. The company, known for its innovative approach to e-waste and reuse solutions, sees the appointment as a strategic step toward expanding its presence in the circular economy and would like to become a best-in-class refurbisher. Nwadike started his new position at Reuse Technology as of 1 August 2025.
From Mazuma to Reuse Technology
Nwadike’s move follows an 18-month tenure at Mazuma Business, where he played a key role in developing new supply and sales channels. “After 18 incredible months, it’s time to say goodbye to Mazuma, as today marks my final day,” Nwadike shared. He expressed gratitude to Craig Smith for bringing him into the business and praised the entire Mazuma team for their support and collaboration.

A strong foundation for future growth
In his own words, Nwadike stated, “I am incredibly excited about taking on the role of CEO at Reuse Technology. The team have done a great job building a solid business, achieving multiple industry accreditations, that have formed a solid foundation for us all to continue to build on.” He added that both he and founder Darrel Arjoon see significant room for market growth and believe their combined experience will drive the business forward.

A new chapter in sustainability
Darrel Arjoon, founder of Reuse Technology Group, expressed enthusiasm about the new CEO’s arrival. “We’re absolutely thrilled to welcome Emeka to the team,” he said. “He’s already making waves in the reuse and resource management sector, and we knew from the moment we saw his incredible work that he was the one to help us evolve the way we grow the entire refurbished technology supply chain. We feel that refurbishment is the new ‘new”.
Prior to Mazuma, Nwadike served as sales director at Twig, co-founder and CEO of Mobi Market, and director of commercial business development at Redeem. His consistent focus on sustainability and circular economy practices has earned him respect across the mobile reuse and recycling industry.
