DIS-CONNECT and Dedalus to showcase together healthcare innovation at SANTEXPO

As a key player in mobile healthcare innovation, DIS-CONNECT returns to SANTEXPO, one of the leading events in the French healthcare calendar. From 20 to 22 May, healthcare professionals and digital solution providers will gather at Paris – Porte de Versailles to explore the latest in health tech, mobility, and AI. Visitors can find DIS-CONNECT at Stand F47 in Hall 1, where the company promises exclusive demonstrations highlighting the future of hospital infrastructure.

Joining forces with Dedalus France

At SANTEXPO, DIS-CONNECT partners up again with Dedalus France, a major player in healthcare IT systems. Dedalus, formerly Medasys, has grown rapidly under the Italian Dedalus Group, thanks in part to private equity backing from Ardian and several strategic acquisitions. Dedalus France now serves public and private health institutions with a broad portfolio that includes electronic patient records, imaging software, and administrative systems.

Driving hospital digital transformation

DIS-CONNECT plays a critical role in modernising hospitals’ outdated infrastructure. Many facilities still rely on outdated Wi-Fi systems and legacy phone networks. DIS-CONNECT supports hospitals in transitioning to future-ready systems such as VoIP and secure device management platforms. In addition to its own software, the company ensures seamless integration with Dedalus solutions.

By combining DIS-CONNECT’s expertise in mobile transformation with Dedalus’ leadership in clinical software, the partnership delivers powerful, end-to-end solutions for healthcare providers.

Supporting sustainable procurement in healthcare

In France, public health institutions must now ensure that at least 20% of their IT hardware purchases come from used or refurbished sources. DIS-CONNECT is ideally equipped to support this shift. Its German facility serves as both an authorised repair centre and a certified refurbisher, using FutureDial’s automated technology to deliver high-quality, consistent, and scalable device supply, including Apple iPhones, for clinical environments. Helping hospitals cut electronic waste and reduce their carbon footprint while maintaining high performance standards.

Moriset Dis, CEO of DIS-CONNECT France, notes that many hospitals go far beyond the 20% requirement, often choosing to source over 50% of their devices as refurbished. As a leader in sustainable tech for healthcare, Moriset Dis sees refurbished devices as a strategic lever for hospitals: “Cost plays a major role,” she explains, “but hospitals also choose us because they need dependable equipment and guidance. Downtime is obviously not an option in healthcare.” Thanks to FutureDial’s automation, DIS-CONNECT can deliver used devices that meet strict quality and performance expectations.

Commitment to digital health innovation

Moriset Dis is enthusiastic about the event and the company’s partnership with Dedalus. Their joint presence at SANTEXPO underlines a shared vision: to support the digital transformation of hospitals through sustainable, innovative, and integrated solutions. At SANTEXPO 2025, Dedalus and DIS-CONNECT are more than just partners, together they are working on shaping the future of digital healthcare.
