Device Network extends automation from bench to marketplace

Earlier SecondaryMarket.news explored how Device Network brings 15 powerful modules together in one connected platform for the secondary mobile industry. Building on that foundation, Device Network is now using strategic partnerships to extend that automation from the workbench, all the way to the marketplace checkout. From payments and diagnostics to marketplaces and logistics, Device Network has built a partner ecosystem designed to remove friction from every stage of the device lifecycle.

On the diagnostics side, the platform connects directly to leading testing and data wipe providers, feeding real-time IMEI results, grading information, and wipe certificates straight into Device Network’s stock, pricing, and marketplace engines. That means every device can be checked, certified, and listed with full technical and compliance context included.

Payments and financial flows simplified

For payments and financial flows, Device Network is working with specialist providers to streamline everything from instant consumer trade-in payouts to B2B settlement and reconciliations. Trade-in, repair, and resale businesses can plug in once and use these rails across multiple channels, without building custom integrations for each partner.

Marketplace module centralises listings and channels

The marketplaces layer is where everything comes together. Device Network’s Marketplace module connects retailers, resellers, and wholesalers to major resale platforms, starting with UK/Europe and expanding into the USA and MENA. Listings can be synced directly from warehouse stock, enriched with diagnostic data and grading rules, and then pushed live with marketplace-specific logic in place. This multi-partner approach allows businesses to unlock more resale routes from a single hub, rather than juggling separate tools, files, and teams.

Founder highlights the importance of partnerships

Founder and CEO Tim Meloni explains: “Partnerships are at the core of Device Network. Diagnostics, marketplaces, payments, robotics, and logistics all play a role in the circular economy. Our goal is to connect these partners through one platform so our customers can switch on new channels and services in a matter of days, not months.”

What’s coming next?

Device Network is already looking ahead to the next wave of innovation with its partners. The company plans to implement AI-driven grading for both retail and warehouse operations, using image and diagnostic data to deliver fast, consistent and scalable grading across thousands of devices. It is also developing deeper robotics integrations to connect automated test, wipe and packing lines directly into the Device Network platform. Additional marketplace partnerships are planned, significantly expanding coverage across Europe, the USA and MENA. The product portfolio will broaden beyond mobile phones, tablets and smart watches to include laptops and gaming consoles.

Single platform provides unified control

As the ecosystem grows, one thing remains consistent: a single Device Network platform that can sync devices anywhere, connect to multiple channels at once, and give companies full control of their circular operations from one place.
