Breezy has announced the full roll-out of Apple’s automated diagnostic tool across its entire product range, now including the iPad. After successful launches for the Apple iPhone and Mac, the integration of iPad marks the completion of Breezy’s so-called “Apple Diagnostic Trio.” The company can now deliver Apple’s official automated device assessment for all three major product categories. Next to Breezy, SecondaryMarket.news is aware of 3 other companies using Apple’s toolkit: NorthLadder, Foxway and Clevercel.
Device testing in under five minutes
With the Apple iPad now supported, Breezy partners can perform complete device evaluations in less than five minutes. The process requires no app installation and generates instant health reports directly from Apple’s systems. The automated setup eliminates manual input, allowing faster and more consistent trade-in grading.
A move toward full automation
“Implementing Apple diagnostics for iPad is another step toward fully automated device assessment at Breezy,” said Jan Mazur, Trade-In Product Manager at Breezy. “We’re reducing reliance on manual operations and subjective judgment, making trade-in faster and more streamlined.”
This automation aligns with Breezy’s broader ambition to simplify and accelerate the circular device economy. For trade-in programs managed by large retailers and operators, automation means lower handling costs and higher trust in diagnostic accuracy.
No additional cost for partners
The new service is available at no additional cost to Breezy’s partners. Integrated within the Breezy Trade-In platform, it already supports more than 50 major retailers and mobile operators across Europe, the Caucasus, Central Asia, and Africa. The company confirmed that Apple’s official diagnostic solution is now active and accessible across all Apple devices in its partner network.
Supporting a more efficient trade-in model
By providing access to Apple’s own testing systems, Breezy helps ensure that device assessments mirror the precision of in-store Apple diagnostics. This consistency is especially valuable for partners handling high trade-in volumes or cross-border refurb operations. The result is a more predictable resale process and reduced CO2 impact from inefficient logistics and re-testing.
As the trade-in and refurbished markets expand, tools like Breezy’s Apple Diagnostic Trio demonstrate how automation and certified systems can bridge the gap between convenience, accuracy, and sustainability in the circular tech economy.
