Basatne recently announced to acquisition of UAE-based Cartlow, strengthening its Middle East presence and advancing circular economy practices. With e-waste exceeding 3 million metric tonnes annually, this move fosters sustainability. Cartlow has recirculated over 1 million devices, preventing 100,000 metric tonnes of CO₂ emissions. The partnership supports regional sustainability goals and circular commerce growth.
