The process eliminates the hassle of selling old devices and provides a direct upgrade path.

Available in major cities

The Apple iPhone Exchange Program is available exclusively at select Jazz Experience Centres in Karachi, Lahore, and Islamabad. Customers in these key metropolitan areas can now experience a streamlined upgrade process, enhancing accessibility to the latest Apple technology.

A better user experience

According to Nauman Durrani, CEO of Mercantile Pakistan, this initiative simplifies access to the newest Apple iPhone models. He describes the program as a significant step toward providing a "better user experience," making it easier for customers to stay up to date with the latest technology.
